By act of April 4, 1844, the trustees of this church were approved to market the lot of floor while in the "new addition," No. fifteen, and your home of worship thereon erected and convey the interest of the church therein towards the purchaser, provided that ahead of the sale the trustees really should excute a bond on the commonwealthwith these p
